 The XTC Mobile Runtime package installs:
  * sagetea-portal (CLI) in /usr/bin
  * sagetea-developer (ops/build tool) in /usr/lib/xtc-mobile-runtime/
  * systemd template sageteaserver64@.service
  * sample env at /etc/default/sageteaserver64@env.example
 .
 It manages "portals" (runtime instances). Portal data lives under
 /usr/local/sagetea/portal/<name> by default so administrators keep control
 over instance data and upgrades. This package does not auto-create instances.
